Privacy Notice

What information do we collect?

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, message, and any organization name or service interests you choose to provide. Please do not include passwords, payment details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information in your inquiry.

Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and error logs to deliver and protect the website. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions.

Why do we use this information?

We use inquiry information to respond, understand your project, prepare proposals, and manage a resulting business relationship. We process technical information to maintain the site, prevent spam and abuse, and investigate problems. Depending on the purpose, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before a contract, perform a contract, meet a legal obligation, or pursue legitimate interests such as securing our services. Where consent is required, we will request it.

Who receives the information?

Inquiries are handled by authorized team members and the providers needed to operate our hosting, email, and support services. The form sends your inquiry to our shared support service at support-api.trabahadoor.com. It does not create a Trabahadoor customer or worker account.

Cloudflare processes information for bot detection under its own privacy documentation. Providers may process information outside the Philippines. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell inquiry information.

Cookies, analytics, and external links

This website does not currently use advertising trackers or a visitor analytics platform. Security services such as Turnstile may process browser information necessary for their operation. The Analytics page describes tools we build for projects; it is not a visitor-tracking dashboard for this website.

External links, including links to our product websites and Google Maps, take you to services with their own privacy notices and terms. Product account data is governed by the notice for the product you use.

How long is information kept?

We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, manage the related business relationship, comply with applicable requirements, or resolve disputes. Retention depends on the purpose and record type. You may contact us to ask about a specific record or request deletion.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, object to processing, or request erasure or blocking. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request; please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and how to provide them securely.

Website Terms

Information and project inquiries

This website introduces our company, services, and selected projects. Sending an inquiry does not create a service contract. Scope, pricing, deliverables, ownership, confidentiality, and support commitments are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract.

Project information and previews

Project figures describe the periods and sources stated alongside them and may change over time. Interface previews illustrate a product and are not live booking, employment, or government-service interfaces. Use the linked official platform for current availability, requirements, and transactions.

Content and acceptable use

Our website content and branding, and the project materials displayed with permission, remain the property of their respective owners. You may link to our public pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Please obtain permission before reusing substantial content, logos, or design assets.

Do not misuse the contact form, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or its security controls.

Availability and other services

We aim to keep the information accurate and the site available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Please confirm details with us before making a project decision. Linked third-party services have their own terms. Nothing on this page limits rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Updates

We may update this notice and these terms as the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes to processing will be communicated as required by applicable law.
